Your Daily Install takes something happening now, looks at what happened before, and gives you one thing to do at home.
Print the worksheet and add it to your Household Resilience Network binder.
What’s happening now?
On Sunday most of the U.S. set the clocks back. That hour shows up in an ordinary place. You finish dinner, reach for your shoes, and the street is already dark.
A walk you used to take without thinking now needs a new time or a new place. Leave the time blank and it’s easy to let the whole week pass.
Has this happened before?
In 1996, the U.S. Surgeon General issued a report on physical activity. Its message made room for people who had never felt at home in a gym. Moderate activity, such as a brisk walk, counted.
What happened next?
That put the choice back in the middle of ordinary life. A walk could fit around work or chores. The useful question for this week is where it fits now that daylight ends earlier.
Mushrooms—in a daily heart-support blend?
You watch what goes on the plate. What puts several mushroom extracts together in this daily blend? See the ingredient story behind Cholibrium.
What can I do?
Look at tomorrow. Pick one ten-minute window in daylight and give it a place, such as the block by work at lunch. If daylight or weather gets in the way, pick a safe indoor route you already have access to. Put both on the calendar.

Fresh food when the days get short
You can move a walk to lunch. You can move a few greens indoors, too. See what fits in one small growing spot.
